Everything! Let’s just start with the view…enough said! Facilities were just so comfortable and a next level of luxury and enjoyment! We didn’t want to leave the pool area, sitting there with a drink in hand overlooking a busy water hole with the beautiful mountains in the background is just incredible. And all credit to the staff who were just so incredible and so accommodating and friendly, we were treated like friends and made to feel at home than just guests. Just wonderful people to talk to and interact with. Well done everyone! You guys were all amazing!

This manor is a gem: beautiful view with the sunset just in front of the pool, the staff is really nice and the food incredible! I recommand also to do a game drive in the reserve.

My only complaint was the cold showers we were subjected to in our rooms. Water was only warm first few seconds and completely cold thereafter. Reported this and only got warm water 1 day of reporting and thereafter back to cold

The place is absolutely stunning. It has the necessary ambience and views. You can spot animals from just chilling on their deck or breakfast. Very attentive employees. Truth, Tinashhe and Terrence provide the best services and made the stay more enjoyable. They literally made Khaya feel like home. I would be doing a disservice if i don't mention the Game drive with Mpho. It was the best game drive ever, very Informative and engaging. Overall stay was beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves

The location with unimpeded view over the distant Drakensberg Mountains is spectacular. The staff were super friendly and attentive and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nothing, or wait....there was one thing, we had to leave 🤗

It was amazing, the gamedrives with Semmy, the lovely food and our stay in the tent! What an excellent view, we were sitting in the middle of nature with the zebra's, wildebeast and girafs around the tent. At night we could hear the lions and hyena, we loved it The tent was really one of a kind, with a bath and a nice bed, outside shower and room/tent service You guys really spoiled us and we didnt want to leave, so we booked every day an extra day untill it was really time to fly back home Thank you so much and see you soon at the manor house, because we will be neigbours later this year 🥰🥰

My only feedback would be that I booked activities through email ahead of time (day tour, massages, airport shuttle), but the person checking us in wasn’t aware of them. More communication would have made us feel more comfortable, but everything did work out great as planned.

The staff are wonderful here, so friendly and welcoming. Special staff shout outs to Cissy and Truth! We loved our garden suite - felt very homey and also had a lot of space. It was great to have the laundry service - this stay was part of a much larger trip so we really appreciated it. The food was very good and we loved the massages!

there is something which is kind of out of their control, but also kind of in their control: some guests were very very very loud, also on a game drive. they went on the game drive drunk already. they were yelling, they were so loud and annoying, animals left. 3 white people which were alo very arrogant to employees and other guests and had no manners, seemed to be from netherlands or maybe speaking africans, can t tell. but must sadly say: they were awful, also to people of color, which is a no go. so, it might be a good idea: not to take people on a game drive who are completly drunk already. i am sorry to mention it. it s just an idea. its still an amazing place.

its an amazing place with an overview over an human made water hole so you will see many animals, it has a nice pool, rooms are nic and clean, the staff is nice and very kind, Tracy and Sammy are amazing people, food is good, its a charming place and i can really recommend it. also Sammy is an amazing guide and he knows kind of everything about the bush. i can really recommed you to do a game drive with him. this place is a little bit bigger, but i did know this before, so, don t expect the "its just me and the bush" thing. but thats totally fine, just to let you know. you will meet people.

The Manor house is quite simply beautiful with an excellent swimming pool, bar area and view over the Blyde Canyon mountains and bushveld. The gardens are simply quite stunning. The staff were excellent and attended our every need - a special call out to Reason for his service (along with everyone else of course) and Chef Vandi for producing the best dinner meal we had during our 17 day stay in South Africa. The animal sightings were great as was the game drive with lots of good information imparted from the guides. The rooms are immaculate and clean.
