We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location, despite a very busy main street. It is at close walking distance of Knysna Waterfront with lots of restaurants and bars. Parking for car is big and secured. Hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast was ok. It is more a hotel catered for groups.

South AfricaWe stayed in room 3 and the shower was absolutely awful. it is a fixed dual structure for water going into the bath and into the shower and the water from the shower came out so close to the wall that it was difficult to get under the water. My daughter was in room 4 and she had a different shower set up and there were no complaints. Breakfast was tasty, but because the diningrooms are split, not everything was available in both rooms. There as no grill where you can have omelettes or fried eggs, there were only scambled eggs and we had to ask for someone to make toast as there was no facility for us to make our own. There were no boiled eggs. What there was was however tasty and nice.

United KingdomThe room was fairly small and dark with no windows to the outside. It was fairly noisy early on the Friday evening (5pm) with people on the street outside our bathroom window but it was quiet later when we were going to sleep.
The staff were super friendly and helped us with questions. The location was near to the waterfront and perfect for exploring Knysna on foot. Breakfast was in the sister hotel across the road. It was pretty decent although there was no gluten free bread. There was on site parking which was really appreciated.

South AfricaThe car park was sometimes a battle because of the larger busses parked inside and they should be parked across the road.
We had a really nice time at the Log Inn for the 4 nights we were in Knysna. The location is perfect for walking to the town, the waterfront and many local restaurants. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety to start you off for the day and I would recommend staying here.
