Bathrooms was not properly cleaned and shower did not drain quickly. Roof of unit we were booked into started leaking and we were moved to an adjacent unit. Restaurant was not always cleans, e.g. dirty floors in some areas, eating utensil dirty, etc.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We left behind a pair of shoes and complements to the staff for locating it, packing it and sending it through to the nearest office to pick up. Food and breakfast was good. Excellent game drives.

Food gone downhill...dinners awful...even roasts inedible...desserts look enticing but disappointing....similarly pastries in morning used to be heavenly...now heavy and stale. Game drives overcrowded with little children screaming and shouting. Not relaxing at all.

Breakfast used to be the best meal there, but queues too long, food cold and overcooked. Location is good but overcrowded. Room comfy, service from Veronica at front desk excellent, porter Kagiso is an absolute gentleman and waiters Neo & Flora superb. Staff really tried despite being overcrowded .

The receptionist (a guy who refused to give me his name) was so rude. As the person who receives guests management should move him to the kitchen as he has no hospitality.

Staff at reception rude can’t communicate with a guest . The truck we took for a game drive got stuck we had to get off the truck ended with us having to push the truck and told they don’t have a recovery unit. It was dangerous a stupid thing to expect from guests and we ended up having to send our shoes in for dry cleaning as it’s beyond damaged.

I Booked a ground floor unit but was given a top floor unit. Went for lunch the one day and was not served for 20 min. We eventually left. Game driver missed most animals and was disengaged. Visitors had to shout for him to stop when we saw animals. I wouldn't visit this place again.

The resort has lots of activities to keep you busy during the day. The staff are friendly.

I thought the price also includes the park entry fee - we realized this on our exit when the park asked us to pay entry fees when we wanted to explore the park on our own. This is where the value equation becomes qestionable.

What upset us was the quality of the service and the horrible food. So we would go back to visit Kwa Maritane only as a day visitor and only if we could make use of the hide.

We liked the location we loved the facilities what a beautiful setting. The room was stunning the shower perfect and the bed was super comfy. The hide is amazing and is what would make me come back.

Staff were rude during booking process. Game ranger on my first safari, Jared was terrible. He was just a driver. Koketso was really good. The food was horrible. Roast was dry. We ordered pizza and it was boiled toppings with cheese.

Minibar could have had more to serve than water More milk for coffee or tea Suggestion when a family books to rather book a charlet than a hotel room. Its crampy and the bathroom is very small for 4 people
