Hair dryer was missing on the second day. No lighting at the dressing table/ mirror. The mountain view overlooked a noisy public car park. On our first night (the Friday night) there were people partying in the car park with loud music from their cars late into the night and from 5am on the Saturday morning. Subsequent nights were better.

Views and facilties. Excellent meal in The Brasserie. Main pool was pleasant and clean. The spa does an amazing "signature" massage. Staff polite and helpful.

The bed was awful, and if it's blowing in Cape Town the room will whistle as the wind hits the side of the building.

It was a good hotel for a stop gap between locations, if you get a room facing the coast line and mountain it will make it feel like a great deal. We however had a room facing the road behind the hotel and the trainline.

The staff, they tried to put us in a room with a window leading to stair hallway which was not stated in the booking website. Water not flowing for a day. We couldnt access our room twice. Had to ask security to solve it. Not enough el. sockets in the room.

The bottom and the 3th floor swimming pool does not match with the Picture, specially the way it got organised, we had to make the chair next to each other to be able to chill with my wife, was no table in between to put your drink on it. Was so much noises from the Restaurant downstairs with a lot of people laughing, and at 7 AM was another group gathering by the reception and talking so loudly, was my worst sleep ever and couldn’t manage to do anything else the next day, just booked myself another hotel to sleep right through the day. Most important there is nothing Halal in both restaurants

Our room was unlike some of the other rooms in that we in an 'alcove' and we could hear the neighbouring room's door bang shut.

Easy check in. Plenty of underground secure parking. Bed comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Husband had nice evening meal

All went well. All things were taken care of as needed. Nothing that I didn't like or was extremely unhappy about.

Room was comfy although be sure to check if the siding doors lock. Excellent views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast should include local cuisine as well.

As my son and I were sharing a room we booked twin beds but got a king size instead

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. I left my mobile in an Uber on the way from the airport and the person on reception that m evening was so helpful in assisting me to track it. We ate in the hotel restaurant. This was very good we had excellen steak and wine. The quality was good and excellent value for money

Please pay attention to the curtains, had an issue when closing them. The breakfast line for eggs was too long. I suggest there be a second egg station. Nuts were not provided especially for myself trying to maintain cholesterol levels Television channels were not accommodative of some channels in South Africa like channel 161 & 140.

The room was clean and the bed made timeously, bedding was clean. Bathroom was cleaned daily with towels replaced. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, enough choiced accormmodating to vegetarians. Kiddies play room, spa, swimming pool and gym were perfect.

The maintenance on the unit needs to looked into as the sliding doors to the garden are rusted and did not close properly.

The space of the unit. The location not to bad was on the ground floor with access to the garden. The rooms where adequate but lacked charisma.
