This is definitely not a complaint but just something worthwhile being aware of is that there are quite a few rooms available so be aware that you may hear other people when they're moving through the corridor but once everyone is in their rooms, it isn't an issue.

The location was perfect for me and my colleague - close to where we needed to be for work. The breakfast was an added bonus and the rooms were super comfortable. Each of us was impressed with our rooms and didn't have any issues or complaints. Free wifi was a bonus.

I wish I could have stayed much longer ❤️

Lydia met me outside because it was dark, I was returning from a Safari in Kruger National Park. Lydia wanted to take my HEAVY luggage up the stairs but it was wayyyyyyy to heavy. Lydia was extremely polite & professional. She helped me to navigate UBER eats on my phone. The breakfast was delicious 😋. The area is quiet. I will definitely return to life on 3rd.

The only uncomfortable aspect was the fact that the room I was in was built without a door to close the bathroom/shower, which makes it awkward and unconfutable if you are not travelling alone or if you decide to have friends visit you during your stay,

My room was neat and spacious, the beds big enough and comfortable, and the host was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing too.

No generator. Load shedding killed the vibe. Breakfast was limited and average. No other facilities besides the small garden area. A pool would be great. But due to space constraints i don't think this would be possible.

The breakfast was good - didn't like the offer of cereals, and the supermarket bread for toasting, but that is a minor. Only real feedback is that the outside areas with chairs, needed dusting and cleaning and areas to be swept and kept neat. Looked untidy. In my room, a little improvement would be to neaten and secure all the loose wires everywhere, from TV and Decoder, to the plug points and leads. Hopefully the cold shower tap has been repaired as it wouldn't budge when trying to open it. I did point that out to the staff. Those little things would elevate the place as it is EXCELLENT value for money.

The staff were fantastic. Beulah at the Front Desk was wonderful, she couldn't do enough to assist and ensure that the stay was comfortable. Her colleagues were also very pleasant indeed. It was heartwarming and made me feel right at home.

On a particular night I was unhappy with the way the staff member addressed me because I had to wake her up to open the main door, since I was unable to do it myself. I just though she could have been more kind.

I was there for 5 nights my bed was never changed once. And having the same breakfast everyday no variation gets a little boring and you find yourself uninterested but the food was nice nonetheless.

The Staff. Buela and Lidiya took good care of me and my friend during our stay. I called them Mama B and Mama Lidiya. Our place or room was cleaned every day which I appreciated. I didn't expect my room to come with a microwave, fridge and kettle, found it extremely convenient during my stay n I was very happy on arrival having discovered that. If we needed something to be put in the oven (woolworths ready made food) before loadshedding or some utensils and plates for food they happily provided upon request. Overall I was happy with how the staff was and greatful for how lovely they were.
