We were late checking in and the kitchen had closed. Shalom arranged warm food at 8pm in our upgraded room (what a wonderful surprise). We have never experienced that extend of service and kindness from Hotels/Cottages, Truly hospitable. The food portions were large which suited us, we are not small people. Also the number of activities was amazing we were busy the whole time. Next time, we are bringing our 3 kids, and friends.

The cutting tiles from the contractor and constant noise from the chalet being refurbished which was one chalet away from us. After one day we asked to be moved to another chalet far away from the noise. The internet was down in our chalet for one day.

It’s quiet and a peaceful place to relax. Hiking was great. Love the view .

There were no phones in the room to communicatewith reception. Wifi did drop evwey now and again. Cellphone network is a bit poor. The rooms could do with a face-lift.

When we got to the reception to check-in, the lady at the reception was not friendly, we wanted to ask about the activities, but before she could even hear us out, she told us that the information is in the booklet.... When we got to the Chalets, The heater in the bedroom was not working. The Wifi Sticker on the Fridge had the wrong password. The Welcome booklet also had the wrong password, Basically the wifi only worked when one scans a QR Code. The question is why put all those stickers with the wrong Password.

All The guys who were conducting the activities made our stay even better. They were friendly and welcoming. Also Smangelo at the shop next to the restaurant at the Gate, she is just the best. She gave us the information the receptionist couldn't provided about Activities outside the Resort, and we did not regret.The activities (Horse riding and Go-Kart) as well exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely nothing...loved everything.

The staff and place was amazing. The self-catering unit we stayed in was comfortable and clean. My kids absolutely loved the kids club and the various activities that were planned throughout the day for them. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
