We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is the first property in Mthatha that I slept in and very spacious. My mother and I had a lovely, well rested time. The bedroom very spacious, bathroom had both bathtub and shower (bonus). The kitchen is so clean and the accommodation is truly value for money. Television and air-con was working which tends to be a rare occasion within establishments these days.

South AfricaOur check in was really strange. There were no reception staff on duty at the time and so the housekeeper gave us a couple of keys and told us to go and choose our room. I then asked if we could have a drink at their bar, as is advertised on booking.com. It says guest can sit around the pool and have some drinks. We were told by the housekeeper that no alcohol is served at the hotel. So we went out, even though we had driven for hours and just wanted to stay in. The next morning we eagerly awaited a good shower only to discover no hot water. I don't feel that the price we paid for this experience was worth it.
This hotel has interesting decor. Each room appears to be furnished differently in really bright, funky colours. The bed in our room was super comfortable and the aircon worked well.

South AfricaOne set of towels for two people was probably an unrealized omission, some kind of mediocre sausage in, otherwise, good omelette.
Bellagio Lodge is well situated, close to N2. It is pretty warm during a cold weather. It is well & elegantly appointed, contains a beautiful bath shower. It would be even nicer if warm water could flow from it all the time.
