I think the rooms needs a bit of upgrade... The size and quality of TV in room is not what you would expect, especially given it was supposed to be a luxury king-size room. Also the air-conditioning is very old and noisy. One would also think that a room turn-up would be done in evenings like other 4 star hotels.

Breakfast and dinner was exceptional, also the service of personnel was "above and beyond" Spa was enjoyable as always - skills of therapists very good.

On arrival at the reception, we didn't get 5* welcoming. Our balcony was untidy, dirty and scary. If I were to stay alone there, I wasn't gonna go out of the room in the night.

The spa, heated room, and outside the spa the view is very nice 👌? The pics are so beautiful. The food was nice The staff was so helpful. The waiters were always ready to help.

I would have liked to be asked what bed set up - travelling as single parent with 2 adult kids. Both rooms had single beds. The hotel is clean but decor is a little tired and could do with an update

The ambience and the reception was amazing 😊. Ms. Ondela who was the receptionist and managed our booking including our extended stay was absolutely amazing and helpful. We had a birthday dinner and she was even willing to help us with taking pictures.

The suites have not been maintained and the outside pool areas are shoddy and dangerous. The heated/ salt pool was also out of order at the spa.

Since staff were able to move us from the initial room that had faults, nothing to complain about.

The staff were amazing. Firstly, they promptly changed our rooms when our initial room had a few faults. Thanks to Tate for making that happen so late in the evening. Secondly, the supper at the restaurant was top notch and the service from Zanele, our waitress was on point. Thank you for taking care of us! The spa facilities were lovely and we got great massages.

The housekeeping staff do not pay attention to the details in the room. The baths are small, and there is no seperate shower.

Check in process was fine. There is amazing tech that can make this simple. happy to chat. We were surprised that there was no avaiability at the spa during the middle of the week. Team did a great job to accomodate.

It’s a pity the our room plunge pool was very unclean, leaves and other stuff within and generally very uninviting. Excellent breakfast in every way but the main course at dinner was very ordinary and we both had different meals. Similarly the sweet, we had one portion between the two of us, was very ordinary.

Housekeeping would make the bed and not change the bed cover, I spotted a stain that was on it the previous day. And pillow covers too were not entirely clean. On the first day, our shower gel was not refilled or replaced.

I liked the golf cart transportation. Reception attends quickly to assist, I liked that. The views are beautiful. The food is exceptional. Five star treatment.
