It’s near the beach and has a sea view, walking distance to the the beach, nearby restaurant where you can get dinner and for dates. Nice room and clean and sheets are changed every day

We had to use stairs the lifts were not working..the security is not tight🥲. The lady named asanda who was dishing out breakfast at the dining hall she’s very rude and has no hospitality

Walk at night can be dangerous due to street dwellers opposite the hotel.

Near the beach fresh ocean breeze, near bus and taxi's to the boats and places around Durban overall was comfortable the breakfast was amazing great variety to choose from.

Some of the locks on the door were broken. The lifts weren't the best trip, I preferred taking the stairs. The lift is very old-fashioned and could be replaced for a more modern fit. The bathroom is very small. Both street and alternative parking are not the greatest setup.

The rooms exceeded the expectations of what we saw on the website. The place is clean and well-kept, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The sea view was refreshing. Breakfast was delicious, and the STAFF? The most friendly bunch of human beings. Impeccable hospitality.

The bed is too soft, maybe it's time for replacement. We spied about 2-3 cockroaches in the room. When we went for breakfast the door to the dining room was not accessible from outside we had to wait for the worker who was busy at that point to open for us. The food was good but the fruit salad was not fresh because the fruits were soggy and the yogurt was pretty runny. The parking issues were left for us to sort out and we were charged the daily rate and parking time is 6pm-6am!...who wakes up at 6am on holiday to collect a car just to avoid extra hourly rate that is charged. We suggest you negotiate with the parking lot on behalf of your clients to relax the times. We learnt that other hotels around have a special arrangement for that.

The receptionist was welcoming, so was the security personnel. The room was clean, linen good. Like the fact that breakfast is served on the premises and there's a variable choice.

I enquired about airport shuttle and was informed they have a shuttle.when I checked out I asked when the next shuttle service to the airport will be,I was told they do not have any existing shuttle services.yhie was disappointing as I had to find an Uber and I was running late for my flight
