firstly, I didn't like the attitude of the ladies at reception they don't have that welcome face they look angry and impatience. Single ply toilet paper it's a turn off. maybe if you can improve your toilet papers and put bedroom towels.

Food was so good well prepared, waiters were so kind I could say breakfast was excellent we really enjoyed. room was good space was enough with smart TV, comfortable bed with reasonable price.

Order a new uniform for cleaning staff please and the breakfast was good except the beacon was very dry n hard

The lift and floor carpet need replacement and upgrade.Hot shower failed last night of stay.They fixed but was very lukewarm almost cold.

This issue of parking the car far is bad,also it was noisy, it was ground floor hearing the foot steps the talk from reception side.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet more than everything on my stay.

Taking care of the rooms u use one bedding for all ur staying. Sometimes they forget to replace it

We had cockroaches in our room, a lot of them

Room was nice and big, clean and decent Staff was very accommodating during check out when we asked for our bags to be stored and get them when we ready to depart to the airport

Our shower was open so whenever we took a bath the water would be on the floor that's the only problem we had.

Everything in this hotel was perfect, from the facilities to the breakfast itself and the staff as a whole they were helpful in everything.

There where no phone to make calls for room service The air-condition was not working properly. Hated that we had to sleep it was so hot because the air con wasn't working properly I'd prefer getting a sea view room the next time we visit.

Loved the room it was very spacious and cozy loved that you guys have a hair dryer I forgot my own and I loved that everything was in order. The breakfast was absuloute winner for us.

Wow the room that I was on the Aircoin wasn't working and it was hot hot we I kept reporting and they can to try and fix it but it was worming until it was 00:00 when I called again to be changed cause I couldn't sleep they then decided to change us .it was a bad experience I think the staff must act immediately do delay cause we slept very late after moving to a different room midnight and we were asked to check out at 10am no Mercy even to consider that these people didn't sleep early due to the room being so hot and The rooms now are full of mosquitos as well .. I was disappointed 😞

The ladies at the kitchen were very helpful friendly as well the breakfast was nice 👌 and the room they move me too it was better than the first one

The place is full of cockroaches, please fumigate your family rooms. My husband was fighting cockroaches all night as the kids could not sleep!!! Please fumigate regularly!!

I can't complain, i enjoyed my vacation.

Well i must say their English breakfast was exceptional, room was clean, walkable to north beach and restaurants, very safe SAPS always roaming around for extra protection.

The room 19 was leaking by the toilet sink, not major leaking. I also didn’t like that they don’t have a room service as I am a person who doesn’t like to eat in a place full of strangers. I didn’t like that the iron was sticky I almost burnt my blouse.

The breakfast was great 😊. I love the information book about the city that I found in our room. I loved everything else not mentioned below

There is no safe parking for our cars, please look at it. As we had to park at Shoprite parking, and we are from Lesotho. That is the only problem.

The food was well prepared, and we had more than enough, even though not all of us got to drink hot chocolate as we it finished very quickly.
