The parking issue although it was mentioned that it is not available and the breakfast was not good I did not enjoy it ,there is no aircon in the dining hall

Was good although the room we were allocated had a problem with an aircon which resulted to be transferred to another room,which was more spacious than the first one

I was expecting a room with a living room and separate bedroom. Instead it was a normal room with no refund.

The lift was not working for sometime in the morning but it was repaired later. The room is clean. Friendly staff.

Charge port is one. Air-conditioned was not working at good level. I think they some service. However, the fan is there. No air-fresh is provided in the bathroom since the windows can't be opened at the bathroom

Rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable. The dining hall is very clean.

1. Property needs to have its own secure parking for it's guests not use another establishments parking too far from property. 2. Other guests were very noisy at time with children running up and down. 3. Theres only 1 lift makes it difficult for movement. 4. Shower area is too small,movementnon restricted. 5. Wifi signal poor

Noise from other guests, me and my wife had to share towels for bathing even though I booked for two people.Breakfast: at times guests had to wait to be seated for breakfast and/clean their own tables especially on peak periods before eating.

Even though I would have loved a sea-facing room, mine (G4) was spacious and felt like a penthouse. We had an easy access to social amenities and the location is great.The facility was clean as compared to the last time we were here from 16-21 December 2020, the housekeeper was friendly shem, especially the one who was servicing G4 from 08-12 January 2023, (I'm sorry I forgot her name) she made us feel at home. Unfortunately, we couldn't see her when we checked out, otherwise I was gonna thank her personally for the good service.The security was excellent.

On arrival the receptionist(elderly Lady in glasses) gave us an attitude when we asked about the room we were put in, she didn't explain but just told us of a cancelation option until I spoke to the other receptionist lady who then clarifed everything to me

Please provide parking for visitors

I like the hotel because its next to the ocean and beach and its a quiet place the environment was good, its is also a safe place to stay but please next time have some parking for visitors to park their cars

The carpet in the passages smells moldy, the lift is old and scary, we saw a very big cockroach when we arrived. The fact that the hotel don't have balconies was disappointing.

Location location ❤️ Breakfast was delicious and lots of varieties. My son loved the icecream served at breakfast. It's central to lots of activities restaurants and shops. Room is cleaned and tidied daily. Fresh towels and soaps supplied daily. The views of the beach from our windows I wish there was a balcony though.

The fact that they serve the same breakfast every day. The cockroaches in the room .they only come out at night when the lights are off.

The room was perfect just the way I was expecting it. The hotel is near town.

Bathroom was too small. Not enough space to move around. Shower and toilet were directly next to each other. The water from the shower leaked through the bathroom door while showering and could cause serious injuries if one does not pay attention. WiFi was a bit slow as well

The breakfast was good. There was a variety of food to choose from. The food tasted good as well. The location of the place was very nice and the view of my room was beautiful. Waking up to the beach every morning

They were short-staffed and the dining room but those present were fully equipped to absorb the pressure

Their service is top notch 👌, the sea view and the staff were always welcoming. I requested a room with sea view and they friendly reallocated me to the room of my choice. I'll visit the place during off-season.
