The bed was terrible and we booked the room with breakfast but we didn't get that breakfast

No sea view, in fact the view was of a construction site, and at 7am in the morning they started banging which was very annoying. I was under the impression the apartment had a sea view, so it was very disappointing! Also we stayed on the 15th floor which was very high, and I do no like lifts, in hindsight, we should not have stayed there. Also it was very expensive! We will not be back.

However the fact that we have to pay for them to clean the rooms and checking in was a hassle, we were only notified 2 daya before that the apartment is private owned, the fact that we had to buy our own utilities like washing liquid

Better staff attitude, beach access can be arranged… Booking made no mention of it being at pearls sky… I thought would be pearls on the beach… bed is small and springs are worn needs to be replaced

The pearls was lovely. The flat we booked was nice but some problems. The aircon did not work at times. The beds and bedding needs a upgrade. The chairs on balcony was broken and inside carpet needs a cleaning. The rest was fine.

The room was not very clean and the bedsheets were soiled and there was loose hair on the sheets. It seemed like the beds were not dusted properly or perhaps the sheets had not even been changed. It was quite filthy and there was dust and litter under the bed. They are very poor in terms of changing towels daily. Lifts take incredibly long to come.

There is no breakfast included in the room as it is an owner apartment. Location was absolutely perfect with easy access to the surroundings. Lovely vibe in the area.

1. There was no power from 10pm to 5am on the first night of my stay due to internal maintenance. Room got very hot and stuffy at night. Was 2. Although i Stayed on the 27th floor, there was a lot of noise at the construction site opposite the hotel 3. Was not told that there was not going to be any room cleaning service 4. Mattress ?

There was no hairdryer , I wish we knew earlier that it was booked via an agent , should have provided at least some tea amenities and there is a charge for the room to be cleaned , I wished this was mentioned at the time of booking

The view from the room was great and the support to check in was amazing. All the necessary information was shared on time and made things easy. However, the room had cockroaches, the table was unstable, window handle was broken and the curtain was not closing.

We arrived on a Sun so noone cd check us - had to rely on security to take us up to room which was a mission everytime we wanted to enter the hotel There was no wifi in the room - highly frustrating complained to owner who did nothing about it! Towels were like rough sandpaper I wdnt want to use t them on my dog as they were so hard Cleaning service was additional Would def not book there again
