The bathroom had some mold around the shower and there was a stain on the floor tiles and some of the carpets.

The breakfast was excellent, with no buffet due to limited guests but we ordered what we wanted and it was perfect. The location is exceptional, peaceful, and beautiful. The rooms are well-kept and cleaned daily.

Your TV package is not good enough. Most of the Hotels and Guest Houses I stay in has the sport channels as well, especially when there are good sporting events. Also if the rooms had a mini bar-fridge and a Microwave oven, then it will be difficult for anybody to top you or even be better than you.

The breakfast was outstanding as well as the location.

Check in process was a bit slow Whilst Pedal boats were good - there was no support to take off nor anyone cleaning/wiping down the boat between users Food at Breakfast was below average - We ended up going for coffee somewhere else after No bar fridge in room to at least chill your water

1- I had a problem with the room I rented. The room name was 'Double Deluxe'. When I went to the room, there were two beds. I asked the reception, he said it's a twin room but the beds are double. But it was the smallest size of double beds. What would a normal person understand from the definition of 'Double Deluxe'? A luxury double bed! I thought so too. I told the reception about this, but they didn't care. 2-No fridge in the room!! 3-Not enough tea in the room.

after booking and making payment I sent a message on booking.com and requested confirmation of receipt. it took 2 weeks and constant messages before I received a response. when arriving at the hotel and completed the documents I was requested to produce the card that payment was made. however none of my cards were on the documents and assume that is due to payment been made to booking.com and then they pay the hotel. thought this was rather bazaar. once all documents and everything else was sorted we were handed the keys to the rooms. only to find that we had requested adjoining rooms. it was confirmed that the request would be in order, however upon arrival they had provided two roos that were 3 doors apart. took some time but they eventually sorted and assigned new rooms.

The carpet inside was a bit of an issue for me.

The place is so affordable, it's value for money. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The vew was incredible. The location is near most attractions, which makes it even great.

The rooms has this terrible smell which was a turn off for us, the linen is very old, and some are torn. I also didn't like the cracked walls and ceiling. The old tvs were also a no no for us.

There was a big family there that was making a lot of noise with the jumping castle. The staff is not accommodating. When we bought ice they gave it to us in plastic bags and didn't want to give us ice buckets, which doesn't make sense as the hotel doesn't allow cooler boxes.

The views from our room was breath taking. Beds are big and comfortable. The rooms and the while hotel is clean.

I requested a bath when booking and was not told only 3 rooms have a bath. By the time we arrived after a long, tiring journey from Kruger Park we were told all rooms with bath were taken. Found choice of tv channels very limited - not even one international news channel!!! No dustbin in room and only a very small one in bathroom - made use of the plastic laundry bag as a dustbin. Buffet dinner disappointing as roast beef was tough and most of the vegetables were smothered in thick sauces. Choice of desserts very limited. The cost of R35.00 for a cup of coffee after dinner was ridiculously high!!

Breakfast fair - coffee urn not refilled immediately once it was empty. Pancakes tasteless. Very noisy and chaotic due to large soccer group.
