Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaWe couldn't park our car next to the property and had to contact the golf cart transport services to pick us up every time we went out and came back. We had to figure it out for ourselves...... Not much fun getting into a golf cart in the rain. The morning we left, we called the 24/7-transport services to pick us up, but nobody answered. We had to carry our luggage all the way to the garages not so close to the property. There was also not a washing machine in the house so we had to take our clothes to a laundromat a few kilometers away.
The view is absolutely stunning. The Town house is clean and comfortable.

South AfricaI didn't like that telephone in the unit was not working. It was completely switched off but it was plugged in. I had to use my personal mobile to contact the helpdesk. The helpdesk failed to answer at times. Even when checking out I stood for 10min waiting to be checked. I was the only one waiting to be Assisted but the reception area was empty. I called multiple times for assistance but to no avail until the next shift arrived. Who then tried to assist me. And during the entire time I was waiting prior to this there were staff in one of the offices behind a closed door but never came out to assist me.
Everything The views were breathtaking I liked that the booking administrator was so accomodating and understanding. I loved that every room had a bathroom with a shower and bath

South AfricaApartment was dated. Needs some renovation and new furniture. Carpets in the unit not practical if the intention is to host golfers. Staff, especially security and golfcart drivers, slow and sometimes non responsive. Unit needs it's own golfcart!
