Nothing to dislike, everything was brilliant.

The service was exceptional and all the staff at every touchpoint were INCREDIBLE. Rooms fab and the beds are gorgeous. Bathroom products also great. The location is a short walk to all the bars & restaurants in Camps Bay & actually better being a tiny bit out, to be away from the hustle & bustle (noise) from the main drag.

It's a pity the hotel doesn't offer dinner. As an alternative, guests can have food delivered and the staff will heat it up and plate it for them. There are also many options for dinner near the hotel along the beach. However, the view and the hotel are so nice that we sometimes would have loved to have dinner there.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Nothing was left to be desired. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. The menu was also quite large. However, there is no buffet, which was fine for us. The location of the hotel is really good (20 minutes by car to the V&A Waterfront, 10 minutes to the Table Mountain cable car). We also enjoyed the many complementary amenities such as stocking our car with water whenever we left the hotel, snacks at the pool or popcorn and candy for a movie night.

Our stay at POD Camps Bay Boutique Hotel in February 2024 was spectacular, the hotel has prime location and stunning ocean view from our perfect corner room . The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Sean, who went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Cape Town was unforgettable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and played a pivotal role in making our hotel stay perfect. Additionally, Concy, one of the waitresses, stood out for her friendliness and excellent service. Her warm demeanor added a special touch to our dining experiences. We highly recommend POD Camps Bay for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cape Town, thanks to the amazing staff.

The hotel was simply incredible! The service was great, the staff was so attentive and gave us so many ideas for excursions! The rooms are super equipped! There was nothing not to like!

Beautiful details, thoughtful spaces and amenities, the staff were second to none, and the location was excellent - steps away from restaurants, shops, and the beach but far enough that you aren’t disturbed and well located for a quick Uber to the city, day trips to the vineyards, and day trips to the Cape of Good Hope.

Amazing service and very friendly team. Everyone was so smiley and happy to help. Hotel had a very calm atmosphere about it. Particularly loved the free waters and other touches if you were heading out for the day.

Limited outdoor space. Step up to the bed and bathroom excetra could catch you out particularly at night.

Nothing, everything was perfect !

Everything was more than perfect ! The staff is just amazing, always available for their guests. Moreover the breakfast offers a large selection with fresh products. The room is quiet and equipment amazing ! A minibar is included in the room price, coffee and tee and many more are also available. The location is near the beaches of camps bay and Clifton ! I recommend more than 100%!! We will definitely come back !

Everything was perfect!

We travelled South Africa for 3 weeks on our honeymoon. Pod hotel was by far our favourite stay and we cannot wait to return! The facilities in the hotel are at a 5 star level. The staff at Pod camps bay are so helpful and friendly, the level of service went beyond our expectations! Overall, this is a must stay if visiting Cape town.

We had a fantastic stay at pod, couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff go above and beyond and there are so many little touches that make your stay feel special. The mini bar is complementary as are all hot drinks/water throughout your stay. The rooms have little beach bags with a bat and ball game in, there is washing powder should you need to refresh your clothes, the staff never fail to ask if you need anything and often provide snacks by the pool if you are lying there. Thank you pod staff, keep doing what you are doing!

An amazing hotel and great location. Upon arrival, the staff made us feel extremely welcome. Nothing was too much for them! The room itself was lovely, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was always served with a smile and the food was delicious.
