The location is excellent. Few meters from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable with a sea view.

The cups and drinking glasses were just put back into use without being washed. Aircon not functioning properly after loadshedding. Rooms only cleaned very late afternoons. Soap dispenser empty and not refilled until requested to do so. Housekeeping cleaning the room in bits and pieces, coming back into the room numerous times each day instead of just coming in once to get the job done.

The noise from the street even at night. Paying for parking and the logistics of coming in and out the hotel.

The blackout curtains. The staff were really lovely, all of them that I interacted with. The hotel is close to alot of places for food, entertainment etc

I made a booking via booking.com and when i made a booking they they did show me a room with a tub and thats the reason i booked it . also did follow ups with hotel directly stating that i wanted a high floor for great views with a tub . on arrival they advised that there was no room available with tub . eventually they had given me a room with a tub [rather small] also the pool is really small , this needs to be upgraded any way overall it was a great stay .

The lifts are not instructed well. Our room had no hot water so we had to have 2 cold showers.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, with lots of restaurants outside and within walking distance to the beach.

The bad weather during the weekends. (Sorry, this is anything bad I could remember :-)

The Staff was at any time just fantastic. I like the food quality of the breakfast. One thing about the cleaning I like most is - as long as I don't put the towels on the floor, they where not exchanged, same for the soap, as long as I keep it, it was not replaced, well, there was a new soap avalible, but it was on me to use it. I like this very much - because this is not only convinient for me, it is also economy friendly. I can just say: Thank you, and hopefully we will see us soon again.

We left the hotel room at 8 got back at 3 n our room was not cleaned. They started that we are supposed to tell them. That's the first tym I every heard that. Everything in the room was 2 not 4 had to ask. Personally I think when u do an online booking is different service. We were on the 9th floor alone most of the rooms was under renovation. I had the same problem when I booked online the ppl there said it's because we booked online. Too noisy area.

Breakfast a bit chaotic. If you get down to eat later when the business people have left, there is nothing remaining in the food bins. Only eggs and toast unless you want a cold continental breakfast.

The windows are not double glazed. The noise of the boy racers in their cars and motorbikes all night kept us awake. Windows should be thick and noise cancelling

The cost for breakfast is not at a standard rate compared to local restaurants. The water when showering floods the bathroom floor to the extent that the water runs under the bathroom door

We requested an iron 4 times without success One lift working which was an inconvenience for such a big establishment
