The hotel didn't have any vending machines or food available even the kitchen was never opened n there is no top deck and the staff don't change bedding and towels if u are staying more than a night that makes me wonder... Anyway I don't think this Isa place to go with family...my son had no tv channels n no food on property this made my trip was very hungry and bored

Terrible hotel to ever stay in. the room was dirty and was only provided one bath towel for a family room. when asked for more towels the receptionist said they will bring it up but eventually we had to buy towels because they kept ignoring our request. the receptionists were totally rude and unfriendly. they just sit there and refuse to help or put on a friendly face. i would never recommend anyone to stay at this place its a total waste of money and time.

the room was to fully prepared and cleaned. dirt on the table and floor. the tea station was not prepared and no towels provided, all had to be requested from security as the reception desk was closed.

Buuble gum stuck on the shower wall, no towels, no soap, aircon did not work, i left the next morning and booked a suitable hotel but i did not hear back from the booking.com support staff regarding a refund as i booked for 3 nights but left after the 1st night and asked booking.com for a refund, nor response received.

In most cases there was to receptionist, whenever you call in the reception there was no answer and one of the night there was someone screaming in the room and passage making noise and bagging the door, we couldn't sleep and we were scared.

When we got there the windows were open, therefore we had alot of mosquito's. We didn't have a good sleep at all in addition it was extremely hot and to our disappointment the aircon was not working. It was extremely disappointing to watch our infant struggled to sleep in such conditions. We had to deal with the mosquito's , the unbearable heat, being drenched in sweat and an infant in discomfort.

I must commend the staff on their friendly nature upon arrival and throughout my stay. The room was well kept and welcoming. We also appreciated the security when it came to our parking space provided.

I didn't like that we had to clean up the room for ourselves as the cleaning lady told my fiancee she won't clean something she didn't mess. I had to go find a mop and a bucket myself and cleaned the room. The receptionist is a barely where she's supposed to be. I went down many times and she wasn't there. I even went down to report the issue of the cleaner that was refusing to clean the room, there was no one at the reception to report the matter too, I waited about 10 min until I decided to back to the room and clean my self. There are no towels, we had to go ask from the reception. On the second day no one was at the reception as usual and my fiancee had to go in and take the towels and iron herself in the reception area since there was no one and we had to get ready to check out on time. The bed sheets and pillows had lipstick and make up marks that my partner wasn't using. There was no soap, lotion, coffee or tea stuff (just sugar sachets, 2 cups and a kettle). Floors were sticky. Bad TV system. Bad staff attitude. They treat you like a high school kid desperate just to get a room to hit and leave. I was very disappointed with this place. They have a good place but it lacks proper management and a working staff. It is run like a brothel.

Reception was not good, the lady at the reception was very mean. The room was not furnished with necessary things such as towels, soap and tea station (no necessities). Staff was speaking loud on the corridors making noise in the morning. Overall the place is below average, not what you will expect in a hotel. Not value for money.
