Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaTerrible hotel to ever stay in. the room was dirty and was only provided one bath towel for a family room. when asked for more towels the receptionist said they will bring it up but eventually we had to buy towels because they kept ignoring our request. the receptionists were totally rude and unfriendly. they just sit there and refuse to help or put on a friendly face. i would never recommend anyone to stay at this place its a total waste of money and time.

South AfricaWhen we got there the windows were open, therefore we had alot of mosquito's. We didn't have a good sleep at all in addition it was extremely hot and to our disappointment the aircon was not working. It was extremely disappointing to watch our infant struggled to sleep in such conditions. We had to deal with the mosquito's , the unbearable heat, being drenched in sweat and an infant in discomfort.
I must commend the staff on their friendly nature upon arrival and throughout my stay. The room was well kept and welcoming. We also appreciated the security when it came to our parking space provided.

South AfricaI didn't like that we had to clean up the room for ourselves as the cleaning lady told my fiancee she won't clean something she didn't mess. I had to go find a mop and a bucket myself and cleaned the room. The receptionist is a barely where she's supposed to be. I went down many times and she wasn't there. I even went down to report the issue of the cleaner that was refusing to clean the room, there was no one at the reception to report the matter too, I waited about 10 min until I decided to back to the room and clean my self. There are no towels, we had to go ask from the reception. On the second day no one was at the reception as usual and my fiancee had to go in and take the towels and iron herself in the reception area since there was no one and we had to get ready to check out on time. The bed sheets and pillows had lipstick and make up marks that my partner wasn't using. There was no soap, lotion, coffee or tea stuff (just sugar sachets, 2 cups and a kettle). Floors were sticky. Bad TV system. Bad staff attitude. They treat you like a high school kid desperate just to get a room to hit and leave. I was very disappointed with this place. They have a good place but it lacks proper management and a working staff. It is run like a brothel.
