Waiting staff were mediocre. Food, while filling and well presented, was a bit disappointing. The table settings in the dining room could be a little less basic.

The reception staff were excellent. The management were engaging and involved. The golf course and surroundings are spectacular.

The room for a family of four was limited.

We loved just about everything! Awesome facilities and well maintained. The pool area, jumping castle, and games room was great for the kids, and Easter egg was a treat. The food was awesome. And we managed to go for a jog around the resort, play Padel, and squash.

The evening buffet on Friday. I live in Pretoria - do I really need a braai? NO! It wasn't even a good selection of meat. Tiny pieces of steak, chicken drumsticks and an average boerewors. All previously coked and kept warm - so where was the braai experience?? The salads were quite good though. Drink prices were INSANE - R 38 for a coke. I'm sorry, but that is a definitive example of a rip-off!!

Breakfast was good, but the evening buffet was somewhat of a disappointment. I did speak to the assistant food and beverage manager about it. I was impressed with the concern he showed and that he seemed to care.

I feel the reception staff could have been a bit more attentive and supportive in sharing information.

Beautiful scenery, hotel was clean and room spacious. We had a fantastic time with good entertainment for my son. Food was good too. It is somewhere I would go again.

I definitely think the staff could be better trained. They were far more interested in getting our room number than actually providing a service. It almost made us feel like we were going to leave without paying for something.

Our stay was half board and when we got to the restaurant in the evening to have dinner, we were told that it did not include certain meals and all drinks needed to be paid for including water! I have stayed at many hotels and usually water and soft drinks are included so this was quite a let down.

The resort is extremely beautiful and has a lot of outdoor space around. The pool is a very good size and the rooms are spacious and very clean.

The food, I only eat chicken and they didn't have any chicken for supper during our stays.. 2022 December, they had everything on their buffet.. 2023 buffet wasn't that good

The area is beautiful and how they entertain the kids.. The lady who is dancing with kids is doing a wonderful job, our kids doesn't get bored

The waiters during dinner were always absent and nonchalant, no smiles.

The kitchen staff, particularly the 2 gentlemen who handled eggs and omelettes in the morning, were very cheerful, friendly and always greeted. The managers also tried their best to mingle with guests during dinner.

The guests from the convention made a lot of noise. We have a small baby, and struggled with sleep because of the music and the noice.

Kippers were amazing. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens, fresh.

The services could be better as you have to ask for anything you need at the rooms. The furniture is old making the hotel to look ancient. refurbish and upgrading of rooms to modern accommodation is required. Those old bath tubs can be removed or replaced with modern showers.

The breakfast and dinner was good. The area is well located within close proximity to amenities. The is also site tours agent agent to assist with activities bookings. pool is clean and accommodates different ages, tennis courts, paddle courts available so there is more to do.

The parking for the hotel rooms is not shaded enough and a bit of a distance from the room. We appreciated the porter service though.

Breakfast times are very convenient to accommodate even late risers. The spread is quite elaborate to allows for every taste preference which is great.

I liked the pool area, it was nice and quite, their dinner was nice and served on time, their breakfast was so nice that I went to go get another things to eat and they had a golf field which had golf carts and it was so relaxing hearing the sound of the carts and they had a cool shower soft pillows it smelled nice and that's what I liked.!!
