The Host was supper friendly,patient and so helpful and made our arrival smooth and easy.The pictures are not doing the place justice.The place is clean and more nicer than it looks on the pictures.The shower,bathtab and space is to die for.

Was jusy skeptical about the parking, wondering if they have surveillancecameras on the parking side. Otherwise, overall, everything was on point

The facility was clean, and the center for every place . They had solar - back-up for loadshedding. The host was very friendly, checking on us often.

the apartment was beautiful with all comforts. everything you needed was there, from kitchen to bathroom products. we had a lovely balcony and view of the hills. the property manager was really friendly and really tried to accommodate our requests. highly recommended

Annie & Cherise where awesome made me & family feel right at home & made sure we where comfortable.The apartment was huge & there was back up power to watch TV & for some Led lights around the house.The stove is gas so we can cook even during load shedding,the pool was cool the kids loved it.The overall customer service that Annie & the team gave was great I would definitely come back for the way we where treated as guests plus the awesome apartment.The apartments are also a walking distance to the shops & restaurants and not too far from activites aswell.

The size of the apartment, the cleanliness, the host Annalise and Charmi were so friendly and helpful. They kept on checking on us all the way so that we can have a smooth check-in. We were really blown away by their patience and friendliness. The apartments are bigger than expected and the balcony is to die for. It's very spacious with beautiful views.

The view of the valley was obstructed by trees and this was disappointing.

Everthing! The lady was just great and so nice to us! Very easy communication, before, during and after our stay. Enough space to park inside the property, right next to our apartment. The aparment itself was absolutely amazing. So spacious, beautiful view from the terrace, we were so sad we could not use swimming pool (not enough time). We experienced load shedding, but there was enough light/energy/cooking facility replacement so we did not need anything else. Kitchen had everything. The bathroom was designed also for disabled. Sofa and bed both so comfortable it is hard to decide where to sleep (my husband fell asleep on this sofa very fast). What I loved the most was lady's attitude. She sent us detailed way how to get to the property (even with photos of the most important crossroads), there were small notes and instructions on walls in the apartment (where to plug things or for example how to use stove replacement during load shedding, where to find Coffee) and the small things you can need during the stay. And if you did not get what you want from these notes, this great lady was ready to help anytime. If I could, I'd stay much much longer. Plus, a nice restaurant just aroud the corner.

The owner Annelise 😘❤️, she welcomed me and my husband is with a good smile, attentive to our needs .It was my birthday and she made it sweeter by giving me a wonderful gift, I love it and I will treasure it 💕 forever 🙏☺️.The place was clean with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation .
