Bathroom too small and the water spilled on the floor. No window in the toilet.

The only small elements I would mention is there are no blackout blinds so be ready to be woken at 5am! Also hiring golf carts is expensive but everywhere is reachable within a 30min walk or 5 min drive. Finally the pillows and bed were not the most comfortable.

All the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. There is loads to entertain including mashie golf, 2 beautiful pools and some really fun mountain biking trails. Sitting on your balcony watching the birds is dreamy. When we went it was quiet and relaxing, we often had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also exceptional.

i have stayed in San Lameer before and when you are a family booking two rooms in the hotel it might be cheaper to just book a villa on the same premises for half the price.

The staff is the absolute highlight of the hotel. breakfast was very good. there is a free 9 hole course you can play.

At the Resort we got what we expected. Only the Trafalgar beach It was a bit wied that we couldn't was outside because of the people collecting water at the ablution tap. And a little too crowded with water collectors.

We truly loved it we where here 2019 and 2023. is quiet, clean, and love the beach connected not far from each other. A walking distance. We surely will come again.

The awkward layout of one of the rooms my Mom was in as you enter the room huge bath tub in the middle of the room if she had by mistake forgotten to lock her door someone could walk in on her taking a bath. Also finding the rock climbing for the kids was such a mission as the kids wanted to try it out and the thought of having to gol all the way to the entrance to hire a golf cart.

Staff gave us great service from the security at the gate right down to the staff at the hotel and restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere and always clean, food was delicious.🙂

The aircon in the room is not the greatest. It wasn't working in the first room and then I was moved to a second room and again they had to come fetch it. The thermostat says it's on 10 but it felt cool rather than cold. When I phoned room service the two items I wanted were out of stock along with a list of other things.... Also the menu is very limited only offering expensive options rather than simple burgers and toasted sandwiches.

The estate is absolutely beautiful. And the hotel was easy to find.

The stairs to walk to breakfast and to our room. I highly recommend looking at a lift. It's probably the only thing the place misses.

The communication wasn't great from the staff. I was told in December there would be a shuttle from the airport to find out that person did not communicate properly and that wasn't the case. The staff were not the friendliest or most helpful. There was also no communication beforehand that there was no water at the resort. Our shower head was dirty that we couldn't shower

The facilities were amazing but would rather stay in a villa. Was great the hotel and a generator and the restaurant as well as the pool

The staircases and outside needs a bit of an upgrade...looked dirty and old. The kids pool needs to be maintained as it was green Certain female staff serving patrons at the pool deck looked miserable and were a bit rude when taking food orders

There was load shedding during the evenings and the hotel was not equipped to deal with it as the generator was not working.

Breakfast was amazing, lady at the kitchen /buffet was so friendly while frying our eggs😊 ..overall stuff helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and house keeping didnt disapoint

Breakfast could have had different options esp for us who stayed for 7 days the same breakfast everyday was bit boring. The bedroom room was not as spacious as expected Wi-Fi was an issue through out the stay we didn’t have Wi-Fi. We were told on day 1 that a technician was called out but on day 8 we still not resolved.

Lots of activities for the whole family. Spa and Leisure center was of great standard.
