The room was very clean, and the location was superb. We had a view of the ocean and sunset every night. The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruit, Yoghurt, muesli and juice every day. The host, Michelle, was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant situated below our room was very convenient, the staff were friendly, and the food was great.

location location location! wonderful appartement right at the beach, felt like paradise! easy to get to by car with private parking and nice restaurant downstairs. perfect for 1-2 nights to stay and go to plettenberg bay and tsitsikamma. although it is “without breakfast” there was a Nespresso machine with cups, a lot of fresh fruits and cereals and milk. that’s more than I eat at home in the morning. what a paradise this was!

Great location directly at the beach, fantastic view, very nice and comfortable large kingsize bed, fridge and couch, nice large balcony, good Italian restaurant right underneath, food delivery to the room, nice and helpful host, great fruit plate for welcome, musli and milk available for breakfast, everything almost perfect! I'll be back for sure!

Bathroom was a little cramped. Lighting could be improved, and extra shelves would assist greatly.

Excellent location, overlooking the beach and bay. Lovely balcony with tables, chairs, and loungers. Good size room with kitchenette for self service breakfast, good idea. Undercover parking. Restaurant next door is excellent.

A coffee bodum or 2 cup coffee machine would be a great addition. Most N Americans and Europeans drink real coffee in the a.m. (ie:not instant)! Although I live in Canada, I do drink tea having grown up in Zim! I'd also recommend a motion activated light inside the front door. It's nerve-wracking to do the stairs in the dark with one's hands full!

The location is amazing. One can open the patio door and listen to the ocean waves crashing all night. Beautiful beach & ocean views. It's right above a great beach restaurant which closes around 10 pm so there is no noise after that. Breakfast is simple but adequate - ceral, yoghurt and fruit in your room served by oneself. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing.

The array of fresh fruit every day was so nice, everybody was so friendly and helpful, the rooms and the whole lodge was kept in prestine condition and the view from the room spectacular. The beach is on your doorstep and the lodge even have beach umbrellas and toys to amake use of. I thought that the restaurant beneath our apartment would bother, but it did not at all. We will most definately return.

Light at entry door is off at night and it is VERY difficult to see to insert the key in the lock.

Great location right on the beach, clean room with a wonderful private deck, private parking, super Italian restaurant downstairs (Enrico's), fantastic views of the sky at night after all the lights are turned off
