We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaBreakfast was very good - with 4 options. A lot of fruit was available too. Also a fridge and microwave if one needed them. The rooms are very spacious. The owner has a friendly little terrier called Frikkie - which likes to visit the guests. There is also a separate comfortable little lounge where one watch TV or just relax. It is the best guesthouse in Lamberts Bay. Juanita is a very friendly and helpful hostess. Thank you.

COMFORTABLE GUESTHOUSE Neat , clean and fruitbasket in lounge area was filled with delicious and various fruit. The bath in room 3 was very comfortable and designed so you can lay back and have arm rests in the bath to avaoid slipping . It also had a small raised ledge to rest your head on and ensure your hair stays dry. Loved the bath design It was a lovely surprise to soak in it. I have put a pic of the bath to my post.

SpainThe Guesthouse is located in a residential area of Lamberts' Bay and is not on easy walking distance from the centre (restaurants) or the beach. No nice views from the guesthouse (from the rooms you will see either the street or the small internal courtyard).
Spacious room, comfortable beds. WiFi was working fine. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is a standard warm breakfast (eggs) and served between 08:00 and 09:00. Complimentary coffee and tea (and rusks) in the room.

United KingdomThere was only 1 channel on the TV in our room but there were many channels on the TV in the lounge.
Juanita was a great host and she went above and beyond for us. There was a lot of food choices for breakfast...4 different cereals, a variety of fruit, full English breakfast, yoghurt and fresh coffee. There was also a bowl of fruit that was there throughout the day. The bed was super comfortable and the WiFi in our room was good. There was also complimentary Sherry in the room, in addition to tea, coffee and biscuits. There is also a beautiful, peaceful garden in the back with vibrant flowering bougainvillea and lots of birds singing away. There was also a lovely BBQ area. They also have a v friendly, energetic puppy!
