We did the Leopard trail in the Blyder River Canyon with Wendel, our host, who is a great guide and who told us about the trees on the trail and showed us scarvations from the Iron age. It was very interesting. We also did a trip with Wendel to Marieskop, the tallest Mountain in the Canyon, where we had a view of The Tree Rondavels from a different perspective. A hidden gem in the Blyder River Canyon! A great experience. So if you look for something special to do in this area, dont hesitate to contact Wendel, who cany make all arangements, so you get a great experiene that goes beyond your expectations. Communication is bad. WiFi was offline for more than a day. No one said anything until I called the owner, who sounded irritated, and, by the way, the owner ignored me on the WhatsApp app. At some point, I concluded that it was switched off on purpose, as no one bothered to inform us of the issues with their SP. Miraculously, Wifi got back online as soon as a white family checked in. Yes I did. Wifi signal is too weak at the property furthest to the router/antenna, and it affects the TV. A network booster is a necessity! Cleanliness. The shower was DIRTY with MOULD everywhere. Towels and blankets are really old. Kitchen. Most dishes are broken or chipped. Utensils are broken and not so clean.

Location was perfect! Driving to places of interest was pleasant.

Well located for the waterfalls - though any other amenities (eg supermarket, restaurants) require a trip into Graskop. Reception is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Would be lovely if there was some roof or screen or something on the terrace so one could enjoy the beautiful surroundings in rain as well.

Close to all the beautiful sights around Blyde River Canyon. We appreciated the European power plug adapter at the cottage.

This accommodation was an absolute highlight! The owner gave us a very warm welcome and took a lot of time for us and our questions despite the late check-in. The accommodation was an absolute dream! We grilled outside on the terrace and soaked up the wonderful time in the lodge. We would come back any time! Absolutely heartfelt recommendation for accommodation near the Blyde River Canyon. Very friendly staff and very close to a beautiful waterfall within walking distance and very close to Gods Window and Pinnacle Rock. Highly would recommend this as a stop in between Sabie and Blyde.

The TV was not working properly and also very old. Coaches were very uncomfortable. The taps in the kitchen were either flowing very slowly or when you open it it was spraying all over. The towels are very threadbare and old. Shower head was not spraying properly. All kitchen utensils and pots were old. The chalets need a to be refurbished urgently. We could not use the gascooker during loadshedding because it was not working properly

The location was beautiful and very quiet. Also near to town of Graskop. The bed linen was very crispy and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Very good wifi.

Really nice property and houses. Super friendly staff. It's a little out of the way so it's very quiet but you'll have to town for shops and restaurants (about 10km). The house was very spacious and in really good shape. Wifi worked well (outside of load shedding window). We had a kitchen that we used to prepare basic meals. You'll park on property and in the shade. God's Window and Pinnacle Rock are just a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again.

We are leaving with loadsheding in this day's, but in Thaba tsweni lodge you can't sleep we thought food the have the gas stove for cooking and emergency lights. You are doing great keep it up.
