We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaOne of the best things about the Glen is their staff— all of the team members are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, a very high-end buffet. The room is large and very well appointed. The location is perfect - right in Seapoint which puts you so close to the excellent public seaside promenade (best sunsets in South Africa) and by many restaurants. And in the summer, the pool is stunning.

EVERYTHING! Firstly the staff were incredible they were so helpful and so attentive and nothing was too much for them. They went out of their way to ensure we were looked after and made our stay great. The room was great with a fantastic view of the property and very clean. 10/10 and definitely will be back to stay.
