No aircon in rooms sadly. The pool doesn't look much like the photos, but it's kept clean and still nice. Delay in accessing rooms on arrival due to booking.com confusion. We booked three rooms and they ended up being far away from each other, not ideal for a group. Also our room's view wasn't as nice as one friends room that had been booked much later than ours(at the same price). The rooms on either side of her(with similar views) were vacant, which we felt could have been given to us but weren't. There are no food options on the site on weekends, which is mentioned before arrival, but it is very inconvenient still.0

They provided us bubbly to apologise for not having our rooms prepared which was nice. Rooms were clean and facilities in the room were very useful. Beds were comfortable.

Guest in Room 2 on Sat night having a party till 0300 in the morning. Weekend party music from township. We came to break away from this behaviour in the city

loved that it felt like you were somewhere far in the bush but close to town. Spacious & comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen for longer stays. Just enough space for kids to enjoy the space; felt very safe.

Perfect.

The unit was above our expectations, spacious, clean and had all the appliances and necessities we required. The surroundings is so quite and relaxing and the gravel road is well maintained and easy to find. Will definitely book again.

Firstly, the friendly and very helpful Mdu helped us settle in. Very efficiently. View, clean and comfortable room awaited us. Staff who provided breakfast was also very friendly - Philile and Kate. I will definitely recommend!

There is no wifi or air conditioning. I think there should also be at least one dish cloth. I didn't like that breakfast is only served on weekdays that was a complete turn off.

No breakfast on weekends and public holidays, it would be great to get a little "take away" of the continental version of the breakfast to eat in your room.

Such an awesome property. So serene. The rooms are amazing, definitely splurge for the deluxe room, so relaxing. There is a microwave and fridge for meals you have in the room. The breakfast was simple but delicious and to the point :) The price is great! Such value.

Perfectly located in Hilton on a conservancy. Special little walk to Rietspruit falls and good birding. Very comfortable rooms with all you need. Especially the view over the Umgeni River.

The staff there was a big let down there absolutely no communication from them and everytime I needed to find out information one needed to call the reception and the phone was never answered and no one was present at reception everytime we went there

We loved the room that we were in. Was warm and cozy, it had a spacious bathroom and an awesome bath tub. They also made us a fabulous breakfast which was complimentary. The breakfast include bottomless tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and welcoming
