The fact that we didn't have the iron and when I called they brought us the one that is not working.

This is no fault of the apartment but I have some anxiety about living on ground floor apartments. Additionally, there was no air on in the living area, which is where I primarily spent most of my time. There was a fan to compensate that but it isn’t an air con

It was quiet, had a big balcony for relaxing, and was a great place to do some remote work. Delivery comes straight to your door and I love that I didn’t have to carry a key around.

The roaches Im not a fan of. I wasn't brought any spray. Had to buy it. The bed mattress really hurt my lower back. It was too springy for me. The small pillows they had a stinch and pillowcase that was so thin you could smell pillows from other people using them. They may need washing. No non-stick frying pan makes it easy to cook. Ran out of clothes soap, and they came and left the trash and soap not refilled. So i had to wait until the next day to catch them to ask for detergent after 2 days of sitting it out for them to see it. I used to be in Hospitality Services Management, and I feel sometimes people get in this business for money but not service, unfortunately. Noise level was ok. I was on a corner, and the floor above my room had constant footsteps in the early morning. Like running in place or something.Other than that, it served its purpose for the moment. However, I'll stick to hotels and get what I pay for.

Need to fix fixtures and fittings. Small things like toilet roll holders falling off the walls. Repair broken kitchen cupboards and change lightbulbs

The blinder in the apartment lounge needs to get fixed.the suns beams in and at night offers no privacy(apartment 88,2 bedfroom)

I love the air conditioner in both the lounge and the room I love how spacious the apartment is and has all the necessary items The internet speed is really fast The housekeepers are very friendly and the apartment is always spotless and clean The area is super convenient and makes life easy The security is extremely friendly and understanding

Very noisy however I believe this may have just been some very bad tenants in one of the other rented apartments. I think security should have dealt with the noise by midnight as it went on ALL night until early hours of the morning

There were no blankets, that time it's the middle of Winter. We were so cold. The security also came to tell us that we're making a noise at 4pm even, we were literally just talking. The 3pm check in thing didn't really work for me either

A usual go-to spot which is a peaceful pocket but still close enough to the Sandton CBD. The staff are always courteous and the apartments are kept incredibly neat. The Nespresso maker is a nice finishing touch.

At the time of load shedding, the generator beneath the room made a heavy noise that disturbed my sleep in the midnight. That’s more of EAKOM ‘s fault.

Lack of privacy in the living room. There is only a net curtain, so passers by can see straight in. Although there is a hairdryer and dressing table in the bedroom, there is no mirror for you to see what you're doing. Check in time of 3pm is a bit later than the norm. However, I was offered bag drop, so I didn't have to drive around with them in my car, and advised the moment the room was ready.

The location is great, 24 hour security, easy check in and access. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe parking. Clean and spacious unit with GENERATOR BACK UP POWER!!! :)

The Nespresso coffee maker needs to be descaled.

The check-in process was seamless, with keyless entry. The serviced apartment was neat and spacious. The backup generator offered much respite from load-shedding. The wifi was fast and reliable. The Hub is conveniently located close to major business hubs and malls but still retains an air of privacy.

Only 1 pillow each. Pillows not great. Extra pillows in cupboard did not have pillow cases. TV was out of order. No plug in the kitchen sink.
