Farther from waterfront than I would have preferred. Bathroom was ridiculously small, especially compared to size of entire room. No room to move at all. Side step to the right for shower, left for toilet and that was it.

Breakfast was great. Room was cleaned well. Service was great.

Room perfect, breakfasts plentiful and really great and the location of the hotel is super convenient and close to all amenities. I had no issues getting to any place in and around CPT.

Always enjoyable staying at the Onyx. Conveniently situated, comfortable, clean and the restaurants are really good. Parking ideal and the heated swimming pool awesome.

The hotel was perfectly located between the waterfront (15mins by foot) and the city center (10 mins walk). Everything else is easy reach by a 10 min Uber or taxi drive. The breakfast was great, plentiful and the coffee and food were really tasty! we could also have an early breakfast at 6:30 AM before a day trip which was handy. We could also have a late breakfast after a sunrise hiking trek which was perfect! The pool is also nice for a dip after a long day. For business travelers, it is right next to the convention center. I would definitly recommend

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had great temperature control. I thought having a kitchenette was really nice. I was pretty jetlagged so I was never hungry at mealtimes but very hungry in the middle of the night so it was convenient to be able to make myself a snack whenever I wanted to. The bed was big and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very close to the convention center. Really could not have asked for a better place to stay during this conference.

Breakfast was slow going probably because it was busy at the time. A couple of the male staff not quick enough example black coffee taking half an hour please. If you like a hearty breakfast all you can eat similar to Spanish hotels. This is not for you. Middle of the Central business district trendy sunglasses eating leaves and sniffing green juices.

The property is in a good location away from the madness. If you want some kind of deviance this isn’t for you. Ideal for clean business and families. Large rooms decent staff especially Patterson and Smiles. Thank you. 24 hr security, concierge and carpark. Close to all attractions motorways and walking distance to the Waterfront.

What could be improved is the design of the bathroom door. It was a bit heavy to open and close the sliding door. The bathroom is a bit small. There could be more electric sockets near the bed. Otherwise the hotel is just amazing.

Central location. The CTICC bus stops for the hop on hop off sightseeing bus (red route and blue route) are just behind the hotel and a few minutes walk. The staff are amazing and provide great customer service by going out of the way to help out. Had a cancelled flight which meant that had to stay one additional night. Bronwyn, Randall and André were extremely helpful. The studio apartment room which you get is fitted with all that you can dream and think of using. The kitchen with cooking facilities (hot plates, toaster, oven, microwave and all cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups) is just amazing. The room design has been very well thought of. The breakfast at the MRKT restaurant was great. A lot of choices at the buffet and also à la carte. Staff can customise the menu depending on food restrictions. The Yu restaurant is just amazing.
