Service was impeccable from all staff members. The owners are wonderful and friendly, and kept us well informed about power outage (no fault of theirs, but Eskom’s!!) Even though there was critical power outage, they still managed to provide us with a hot breakfast & tea & coffee. It was such a pleasure to stay there, we will definitely be back

We have stayed there before and liked it. on this occasion the hotel had been flooded out and they did all that they could to accommodate us. we are grateful as we were meeting with relatives.

I found the room a little small and the side tables tiny with huge lamps on them, not practical. The bathroom was rather small with little ventilation. The pool didn't look very clean although the water seemed to be ok. There was a lot of rain and load shedding/power issue in the entire Greyton for 27 hours, which possibly explains why it was hard to maintain the pool.

I loved the location (close to all the restaurants and amenities). Beautiful gardens and well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Leon checked in on me when I was sick and made sure I was taken care off, it meant a lot to me. Tanks Leon! The attention to detail is remarkable throughout the establishment, no doubt due to Janet's keen eye and desire to please. The breakfast was exceptional!

Nothing, really, although given the quality of everything else it would be interesting to see what they could do if they served dinner! Having said that, there are several excellent restaurants a very short walk away, so not really necessary.

The Post House is a really beautiful little hotel, with a home away from home feel. Janet and John were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful regarding what to do and where to go (e.g. restaurants and MTB trail advice). The room was big, clean and comfortable, and nice and quiet. The staff were all wonderful - so polite and friendly, and quick to help when they saw we needed it. And they cleaned our bikes for us - nice bonus! Breakfast was well presented, small but perfectly adequate and very tasty. The bar is also very well worth visiting before heading out for dinner - it's got a real pub-like feel, and some excellent local beers on tap. Looking forward to visiting again in winter to sip on a good red wine in front of the fire!

The room was very comfortable. It rained whilst we were there and when we came out of our room to go for dinner they had very thoughtfully put an umbrella out side our room for us to use. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently situated in the middle of town and close to several good restaurants.

Loved everything, the staff members were friendly, from arrival to checking out, everybody was amazing. Loved the pool, and the fact that the beautiful, comfortable, and clean accommodation is so central and walking distance from everything.
