Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaYou’re not given gate remote and you have to sign a guest in. It’s like you’re staying at student res really Walls are thin so you could literally hear someone talking from other rooms so there was a noise from the other room Please wash blankets!
Service from reception was great. Even the ladies who are cleaning, they are sooooo amazing. The place is beautiful, with a beautiful garden!

South Africame n my husband slept in a separate bed cause the give us two single beds ,the other beds was making an uncomfortable sound, no fan and there were mosquitoes biting us. no towels in the rooms for my children and ours.outside environment need strong maintenance. even the pool wasn't clean.
