We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff made our stay. They were superb, friendly, ready to assist and go the extra mile! Special mention to Tina, June, Ellen and Elizabeth. You left us with several memorable moments. The breakfast was superb, thank you. Tina, thank you for the upgrade. I am definitely returning to the stables. Spectacular bathroom products, towels and gowns.

South AfricaKeeping with COVID protocol The Robertson Small Hotel provided table and chairs, beautifully set, to eat in the room in comfort. But there were no easy chairs to sit and relax in the room. Perhaps the ottoman should be removed and two comfortable chairs added.
We were looked after exceptionally well by the gentleman who seemed to excel in whatever hat he wore! He welcomed us, made sure we had everything we needed and bought our meals to our room! This hotel is surrounded by immaculate indigenous gardens, an oasis of peace in the middle of Robertson. The food at the hotel is exceptional

South AfricaIt was amazing all round – from the room (spacious and comfy), to the food (fresh, super tasty), to the drinks (great cocktails and wine selection) from the bar, lounging by the pool or relaxing in the cactus / succulent garden. Everything was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay! Also a big shout out to the amazing staff who looked after us, they were super friendly, attentive and really helpful. We went for our anniversary and they made it very special – with sweet little touches and treats that won me major points with the misses.
