We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe spa and the staff at the spa were incredible. The staff at the restaurants were always friendly, funny and willing to do anything to ensure that you are happy with your drinks and food. Even the security staff walking the grounds were friendly. Great getaway, highly recommend it.

South AfricaI didn’t like the cleanliness. Our shower was dirty. A little scrub inside the shower to just remove the stubborn dirt (those stains can really be removed if one scrubs). For a 4 star hotel I really was not impressed by this. Room fragrance/diffusers/spray would also be good to keep the luxurious rooms smelling like luxury. Extra umbrellas by the pool side would also be nice. It was hot and there wasn’t enough. Overall it was a beautiful stay. Beautiful staff.
I liked seeing the animals around. The food was great, both dinner and breakfast. The location is excellent 👌 quiet and great for relaxing.

South AfricaRoom was not vacuumed once whilst we were there and there are carpets! One of the plugs was not working and fridge was not working. Fridge was remedied. DSTV did not work. The TV electrical chord had been extended and just wrapped in a plastic bag which had come apart. In a thatched building with wooden furniture this is dangerous. This was reported.

I asked for twin beds, but recieved a double bed. Only one wine glass, the refregirator was full of water. No ashtray. Breakfast super!!! The spa - neck, shoulders and back - worth the price. Sadness of the warm water swimming pool that was out of order.

South AfricaThe Staring from the restaurant staff. You wonder if there is something you are doing wrong. Twice the order was a bit mixed up and if you tell them they seem a bit hesitant and low key blames you. A bit of training could help.
The facilities are top notch. It is just that in the restaurant it tends to be a bit awkward as the staff really stare and you have to wonder if there is something you are doing wrong, otherwise everything is excellent. I will definitely refer friends to this gem.
