We had no water in the morning due to a pump that broke down the night before. We were not informed regarding this matter. We could neither flush the toilet or shower or make a coffee.

The shuttle bus didn't turn up despite being booked and confirmed by email. Had to ring hotel twice, they said they would find out where it was They didn't ring back. Had to get a taxi after waiting nearly 2 hours. Very stress full for a mature lady travelling alone.

The breakfast is overpriced and is not something we will recommend. There are cheaper and tastier options within 5 minutes of the hotel. For us it wasn’t an issue but I would imagine sound-sensitive people to be disturbed by the slamming doors and next to none sound-isolation to the corridor.

The view from the room was terrific. Lots of space in the suite with an extremely comfortable bed. It was very clean. The location is ok, close enough to most things and you can walk to sea point and Clifton beach at daytime feeling safe from here.

Customer service around the pool was lacking due to limited number of staff in the hotel - everyone was very friendly and willing... but it takes some effort to track down towels and place an order; which is its only let down as the pool area is otherwise ideal.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, in a great location, with friendly staff and a rooftop pool to enjoy the views. Rooms are small but absolutely perfect for a busy city stay - with a clever use of space and one of the best hotel showers I've ever had.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and clean.

This is no fault of the hotel, but my room did look onto a backpackers, and the owner / manager stood out on the balcony smoking / drinking his coffee on a regular basis, so I always had to keep my blind closed while I was in the room. I would therefore highly recommend the room with a view.

At first I thought there was no space to unpack clothes, but I soon discovered the creative space in the room. I stayed a week and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the work space in the room was very spacious, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool on the 6th floor is amazing, and the location is great for Green Point and Sea Point. I also felt very safe at all times. There is also a great work space 500m down the road called SOHO, fantastic work space as well and great coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel for location, space, comfort and safety.
