There's nothing not to like...just be aware when calling out for taxis in the area as they can be very expensive.

This guesthouse is the perfect getaway close to home with all the benefits of being in a hotel. The hosts are lovely - friendly, welcoming and respectful! The accommodation is great - the rooms are a good size, the breakfast is yummy and the grounds are well maintained and delightful to relax in. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and are fully kitted with everything you need and the products are such good quality! This is the second time we've stayed and the service was consistently great! We will be back for sure!

we were very happy with everything.

The breakfast was very well presented. We had a few options to choose from. The food was amazing. the room was very comfortable with great bedding and very clean. We were able to rest and get away from the city for the evening.

Just a minor issue, the TV decoder has a remote but yiu need to stand on a chair to find the tiny TV ON button as it had no remote ( or I couldn't find it 🤔). No backup for load shedding except the lights and router. Not an issue for me.

Beautiful property in every way inside and out. Amazing garden as well. So nice to have a great breakfast with all the options ☺️

This guesthouse is a great place to stay in the wonderful little town of Kleinmond. The owners Louise and Ernie are great hosts. They prepare a delicious breakfast and have a lot of recommendations for activities and places to go. We really enjoyed our short stay in this magnificent place.

The guest house owners Ernie & Louise were very welcoming & helpful, and made us feel at home the pool area is beautiful with stunning Mountain View’s, very tranquil and relaxing like an oasis, loved the rooms they were beautifully decorated with outlooks on the pool, had a wonderful 1 night stay and would highly recommend.

The hosts were warm, knowledgeable and very helpful. The rooms are lovely and have all the essentials. The rooms are well situated especially for family or groups traveling together. The rooms and common spaces are clean and the bathroom products are heavenly!

This was an amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. The facilities were neat and the atmosphere was peaceful. A special thank you goes out to Louise for her amazing hospitality and ensuring that our stay was extra special. We will definitely be back.

Nothing. This place is just perfect!

I can only recommend VillaChad Guesthouse that is located in the little town Kleinmond. This town is on a beautiful Route R44 and also very close to Hermanus. So instead of sleeping in Hermanus, I would rather recommend staying in this VillaChad Gesthouse. This is an amazing property with lots of African charm and character in the rooms and in the living room. I also liked the quiet garden where everyone can relax and enjoy the moment, plus eat delecious breakfest and/or ordered dinner. The Owners are super friendly and helpful and they do everything to make your stay comportable. Thank you so much for that! There are two beaches in this town, some walking path along the shore and 15 min by car there is a beach with penguins colony. All in all, this property should not be missed, whether you are about to visit Hermanus or drive along the Route 44.

The guest house is beautifully decorated. The room was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay: nice bedding, hair dryer, electric blanket.The location is safe. The hosts were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was quite complete: fruits, yogurt, cold cuts and hot meals with eggs, bacon, etc.
