The place is haven on earth. If haven is exactly like this, then i would be thrilled lol... The staff, the food, the view, EVERYTHING about the place was PERFECT. The fact that we even went to celebrate Christmas with my partner, it was fantastic. Awesome 7 course Christmas meal.

Beautiful views of the ocean and lagoon. Property is well designed and maintained. Rooms were clean and spacious. Angela went the extra mile for us being that we were leaving early in the morning before breakfast for a game reserve and she made an amazing lunch to take with us. She met us at 6am just before we left with lunch and some of the best cheese sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. I feel it was due to her kind and loving nature.

The place is excectly what is advertised. I loved mostly, that everything we need was provided for, from the endless cutlery to the basic things like cleaning stuff, that made us feel like we are at home and not just visiting.

To me this was a home away from home with my familuy. Best part of it all was the view of the ocean from our rooms, spacious deck (great for breakfast in the morning) as well as the braai area back of the cabin. If you looking for a place to stay away from the city life, some place quite and peaceful but also very entertaining, this beach cabin is it. It's a must. The host upgraded our room free of charge which was a nice touch. The room/apartment was well equipped for self-catering although we did not use the amenities. The room was quite comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice as well. We also had garage parking for our car.

On the second day we noticed a plumbing problem and reported it. The member of staff who dealt with the issue during load shedding quickly said that they would change our room, but would need the power to come back on so that they could issue the new room. Within 5 minutes of the power coming back on, she came back and took us to our new room. Unbeknown to us we had been upgraded to a larger room with an exceptional view, which completely blew us away.
