The apartment is a separate part of the house, where the owner also lives. It is located on the first floor and has its entrance. There is a spacious beautiful courtyard with a small table where you can savor food and drinks while enjoying the beauty of the flowering plants. The owner is a friendly and nice woman who respects the privacy of her guests. We only saw her once during our stay. The apartment looks brand new. It is well-furnished inside and looks stylish. You will find everything you need there for an extended stay. It is spacious and well-decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. The best way to get there is by car. It is possible to park the car in the front yard. Unfortunately, you will have to find a parking spot on the street before you check in, which is not as easy as it may seem. Once you check in, you'll get a remote control that will open the gate to the courtyard. There is also an option to get there by public transportation. However, in this case, you will have to walk a little bit. We liked the apartment and would recommend it for a long or short stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Our only regret was not being able to stay there longer as we had a return flight from Tenerife.

Amazing view! Incomparable to anything I have ever woken up to. :) The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All amenities we needed were at our disposal - coffee machine, cutlery, beach towels, TV. Our favorite thing about the place was definitely the hanging chair overlooking the ocean. The host was super nice and friendly, welcomed us warmly and answered promptly all of our questions. Thanks!

    Host was incredible. Location was good, there is a tram within walking distance but overall I would recommend car rental. The property was spotless, with everything you need from BBQ to weights on the terrace.

    The worth for the money is excellent. It has a good location, parking is easy to find in nearby streets so no worries about that. It has a great view from the balcony. Also the room and bathroom are very clean. I could recommend it for a cosy stay in the capital.

    We spend only one night there, but the room was very comfortable ,with all the facilities, very clean. Location right in the centre . Parking is 10 euros per day, very well maintained and close to the hotel. Breakfast was ok, not many options but it was fine for 1 morning.

    Apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious and pleasantly modern. It has everything needed for longer stays as well, although we just staid for 2 days there. The neighbourhood is in central location, has a lot of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay very very much and would like to come back to the same apartment when we ware in Tenerife! <3

    The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were large with good lighting and comfortable beds. The location was ideal - very central and close to many restaurants and shops. Our host was always available and most helpful in all respects.

    The apartment is in a quiet area of Santa Cruz. The location is ideal for trips to the Anaga national park and to Las Teresitas the wonderful white sand beach. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were spotlessly clean.I was very tired from a long hike in the mountains and Alejandro was very helpful and kind.
