    Everything! The location was perfect, facilities well-kept and spotless! The place felt like a home away from home. Our host was so welcome and flexible to our needs, she even dropped us off at the airport at her own coutesy. Will definitely be returning!

    The hotel is located in a shopping street. Very central. Location 10/10. Room was basic and very clean as well as other parts of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The property is very nice, modern and clean. Ideal for a family, we had everything you need, even including board games for kids! (perfect idea!). The location is great too, 5 mins walk to a nice beach, many shops and restaurants around. The host is very welcoming, perfect communication and very easy check in/check out process. Parking is available in a garage just for 5 euros per day. Overall very pleasant stay! Highly recommended accommodation!

    The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were large with good lighting and comfortable beds. The location was ideal - very central and close to many restaurants and shops. Our host was always available and most helpful in all respects.

    The apartment is in a quiet area of Santa Cruz. The location is ideal for trips to the Anaga national park and to Las Teresitas the wonderful white sand beach. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were spotlessly clean.I was very tired from a long hike in the mountains and Alejandro was very helpful and kind.
