Marta’s care for the details is impeccable, everyday I spent there I noticed a fun and charming piece of art or furniture. The place has a warm, elegant and welcoming atmosphere, every room has its theme and charm. I stayed in room 1 which has a library theme, it’s cozy with a comfortable bed, TV, chair and table, as well a nice view and a plenty of natural light. There was a bottle of still water in the room, full access to a big and well equipped kitchen with free light breakfast including fruits, freshly made cake, bread, tea, coffee and a few things here and there. I had access also to the shared bathroom which was as the rest of the house well maintained and clean all day. Marta offers a home with a human touch, I have been solo travelling for a while and missed that genuine and warm connection. She kindly received me as early as I arrived, 3 hours before the check in, which is a great flexibility I don’t encounter in individually owned properties. Everyone who stayed during my stay was also super nice and friendly. Because of all the obvious reasons I extended my stay for more three nights in another room, which I will review separately. I can’t recommend it enough!

All facilities for cooking are there, as well as washing machine, WI-FI, several TV sets etc. Everything is clean and neat. Every major place to see in the city is easily accessible on foot. The check-in and check-out process modernly organised through WhatsApp, you will get virtual keys to get into the apartments for the first time. It was cool experience, though I am not sure what would be the alternative if one doesn't have an internet connection. It were the best apartments we had during our 10-days stay on Tenerife.

    The worth for the money is excellent. It has a good location, parking is easy to find in nearby streets so no worries about that. It has a great view from the balcony. Also the room and bathroom are very clean. I could recommend it for a cosy stay in the capital.

    Everything! The location was perfect, facilities well-kept and spotless! The place felt like a home away from home. Our host was so welcome and flexible to our needs, she even dropped us off at the airport at her own coutesy. Will definitely be returning!

    Great experience! The apartment was really nice, spacious, with a good layout, very clean. The area is relatively quiet considering the location: around 15-minutes walk to Plaza de España. Great facilities, including a washing machine and a dryer in a separate room (basically, the accommodation has a self-explanatory name). Good Wi-Fi connection. Nice communication with the host team, quick and friendly.

    The apartment is amazing, very clean, big and modern. The location is good if you have a car, it was also easy to find a parking spot around. The host is very nice, she helped us with everything we needed. The Internet is great. The roof terrace is huge and comfortable.

    It was very clean and cosy with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The Owner was nice and helpful. The view is stunning from the terrace. It is a quiet location.

    Room was ok, clean and enough space, no complaints.Location on the top floor ideal for us, the pool in summer would be very nice, in winter it was just a little too cool for us. Location of the hotel perfect to walk down Rambla and catch a tram into the centre or La Laguna.

    Amazing location, 10 mn away of plaza espana and all centric shops The lady at the reception is the nicest, smily and welcoming! The room was large with a very cute terrace. Very clean The shared bathroom is very clean
