“The cottages are very spacious and clean: two bedrooms, two baths, very large living space and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a private balcony and a terrace overlooking the vale. Indoor pool was very inviting (unfortunately we had no time to enjoy it). Very well maintained. Reserved Parking on the property. Check in/out very well organized also out of office hours. Location is very convenient for the Eden Project and South West Cornwall.”

“The caravan was clean and tidy, with everything you could need. The location was perfect, we had a great view of the lake and we were just over the road from the beach. Plenty of wildlife around too. We woke up every day to rabbits hopping around the grounds. The pool was great, small but it was never overcrowded and my son had a great time. All in all it was a perfect base for exploring. Charlestown is nearby, as well as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. There's a lovely pub a few minutes walk away, a Co-Op within walking distance and Milo's restaurant on site was very good.”

The owner provided a warm welcome including provisions such as tea, coffee, milk and Cornish fudge! The accommodation is in a good location, with shops and pub very nearby. Perfectly placed for the Eden Project which is less than 10 minutes away by car. Overall, we can highly recommend this property and would be very happy to return!”
