“We stayed in a garden room (room 1) and it was amazing! We had our own fridge for beers on the deck and a walk in shower large enough for two! Gorgeous comfy bed and lots of room... Beautiful gardens and spotlessly clean grounds. The room was taken back to original cleanliness every day and nothing was too much trouble. Literally 5 mins walk from town with all the restaurants available of which we couldn't find a bad one! Stunning views of the castle at breakfast and opposite the cable car which is a must see. However go early doors at 8am as it gets too busy after 9am and you can expect a wait of over an hour and a half! Don't bother with a hire car from Verona, get a cab, was 100Euros but the views on the way to Malcesine are stunning and you'll want to look out of the window! Also the coach takes nearly 2.5 hours from the airport and isn't that much cheaper. Is worth the money! Plus you won't need a car in Malcesine, too much to keep you entertained in the town and surrounds... Enjoy, Malcesine is friendly, a gastronomic treat and we had a wonderful week! Thank you!”

They came in st 6.45 am to make a fresh packed breakfast for us enough for breakfast and lunch in the pack when we were going on a trip. On the day we were leaving Claudia came in at 6.45 ahead of the usual 8 am to give us breakfast before flying and walked us to our shuttle pick up. The hotel was spotless comfortable beds fresh towels and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. Would highly recommend this hotel excellent value for the money. M”

We drove our own car, so going down to Malcesine for dinner wasn't a problem (the town has well-organized parking), but I understand they will even take you and pick you up in their jeep/ATVs. They even have the ability to serve you a glass of wine or cocktail at the pool - just ask (prices are reasonable). Rooms also have a mini-bar, and room to tuck in your own bottle of wine, if you choose to pick one up.”
