“The Suites were well appointed with ample space, the staff were extremely helpful, the food was great and the location was convenient. The pool was just getting ready, I would have liked to use the GYM, unfortunately, I was told that it would take a couple of weeks. to be fair, they did advise me that these facilities would not be ready. I used the bar to catch up on mail etc, it was quiet and comfortable. I particularly liked the attention to detail from a guest point of view, the bicycles were a treat, the ambiance was very welcoming. I took advantage of their complementary tour to their organic farm, the concept is fantastic, they are genuinely conscious about the environment and go out of the way to serve healthy food from their organic farm. The rooms were very clean, the wash rooms were spacious and well stocked. This hotel has enormous potential, I will definitely go back to the Thinnai, by far the best property in Jaffna.”

“Gnanam was an excellent host and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is a comfortable 15min walk from the bus stand and there's a truly excellent (and cheap) vegetarian restaurant close by. One of the hotel resident ladies cooked us an amazing meal of blue crab which was great value. The room was on the top floor and was large with a good sized bathroom and a ceiling fan which is necessary in this part of the world. I was the first online booking so got a great deal.
