“Excellent hotel, we stay 4 nights and that's too short. 1 very good place far from the rest of the world and to visit other islets for snorkelling etc. the hotel's beach is also excellent for kids to play, swim and do snorkelling, we met even sea turtle not far from the beach. 2 good day trip with hotel. we tried 3 hours snorkelling, that was just fantastic. 3 people were helpful, they have thought all for you. 4 good food. we enjoyed BBQ and fresh salad every evening. nice sea food salad for lunch, and many other good foods. tea time offers tea, coffee and cake for free, very nice. 5 turtles walking in the garden, that's so amusing. 6 many plants and flowers we have never seen in the garden 7 swimming pool has enough depth for jumping into water. our kids spent hours in the pool 8 there were other activities offered by the hotel, eg. guided snorkelling around the hotel. 9 for all value they delivered, the price stays still so lovely for a family of 4. 10 I was worried about how to get to the hotel because we were with 2 kids and can't drive to go to the hotel, if that's complicated... but in fact, it's so easy. Every local one knows Jetty and the hotel, they will show you where the jetty is. and just ask the hotel for their schedule of shuttle boat before arrival and wait at the jetty. everything was wonderful at this hotel. we loved it and recommend to everyone. the hotel in fact is much more beautiful than their pictures on Booking.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Le Port Guesthoude. As we stayed 7 nights the owner made us a dinner wich we can assure you is worth staying 7 nights. Our room was very spacious and had a terrace balcony facing a small beach under a Terminalia tree giving some welcome shade. The location of the guesthouse is also very practical especially when you decide not to rent a car on Praslin. Its is a 5 minute walk from the jetty terminal and there is a busstop, and a small supermarket right across the street. This all, combined with the nice people that run the places makes us hope we will visit again in the future”

There was almost no sounds from nearby road due to cca 100m distance from it (within rugged hotel houses area). There is a bus station cca 300m near hotel. Fortunately there was no criminality around this area. Hotel has perfect and reliable women-manager, plentyfull breakfasts with home-made (and rare to see) water-melon marmelades, many fruits, juices etc. Hotel has nice garden around, many tables for "private eating" and relaxing. Our room was very spacious with 2 big bedrooms (for 2x2adults), many colorfull pillows, big ventilator on the ceiling, nice bathroom/toilet, refridgerator, jug kettle, many electric drawers (one with universal/worldwide electric adapter was also included). Price was very low according to offered services.”

“From the first moment I´ve seen this accomodation photos I´ve known that this has been something special. And it has turned out my feelings were right. Location - we wanted something away from the vibrant heart of the holiday rumble and we got it. The guesthouse is approx. 7 minutes on foot from nearest shop, exchange office, bank, restaurants and other facilities located near main road but it is not so busy to make big noise. Property itself is on the large land surrounded by two farms and owner´s houses. You are allowed to walk freely everywhere, sit at the backyard, visit owner´s tortoises and fruit bats (our children were there daily dozen of times) or discuss with family Hibonne on their verandah. Guesthouse Nr.1 one where we stayed is split into two guesthouses, each has two big rooms, kitchenette and bathroom. Basically but sufficiently equipped, with everything you need for even long holiday. AC is only in bedroom but it worked perfectly and covered whole space. Nearest beach is around 200 metres near, you can get there through the resort laying next to road and is 10 more times expensiver. We were transferred from and to the jetty for free as we agreed via email. Wifi signal is weak but you can sit on the owners verandah, there is it much better. Daily cleaning was OK and we could wash our clothes too. But the most important thing of all, the core which makes this accomodation exceptional is family Hibonne, starting with Mr. Hibonne and his lovely wife and ending with Marcus, the son. These people made our holiday unforgettable with ther smiles, hospitability, engagement ... We were few times offered by fruits from their garden, spontaneously, without waiting for reward. It wouldn´t be truth that we felt like home as we felt better than home, we were treated with respect and kind of warm, natural and imanent. Everything you need just ask and you´ll be satisfied. If any issue, just tell and it´ll be solved.”
