“The rooms and the decor of the hotel is just high standard for Thailand. The beds are just amazing. The breakfast stuff was helpful, friendly and funny. The breakfast itself was outstanding, the eggs were cooked the way you prefer. There are fresh fruits all on ice. The bread was fresh, they have an extra fridge with yoghurt, drink shots, 6 different kind of cheeses. Great! The pool area across the street was really nice and clean. The sun chairs comfy but the part in the beach was full with sea grass. The cocktails are expensive but good! The scooter we hired was well maintained and we could leave it with the second hotel where we were staying. Nothing was a too big of a deal for the stuff! The free toiletries were very nice, a body cream with chili and basil ....Thumbs up”

We stayed there for 10 nights (24 Sep - 4 Oct), Villa with sea view was amazing (room 402), breakfast was very very good with a lot of choices. The weather was perfect. During all days was sunny, and only after id-day and on afternoon there were some clouds. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Talay restaurant just close to the villas, and if you really want to eat a tasty food it's one of the best! (even though it's a bit expensive). A perfect swimming pool with sea view. Massage area close to beach & the pool, very good massage for reasonable price. Highly recommend Crystal Bay Yacht Club!”

The facilities were great - beautiful balcony to sit and have breakfast on, large bedroom with tv and wardrobe and dressing table, and lovely bathroom. There are two pools and I never had trouble finding a sunbed. There is more shade around the shallower pool so good for the very hot days! The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of sun loungers to use. There is a restaurant but I only had breakfast there. There are cheaper places with more choice further down the beach. It is in the centre of Lamai with all restaurants and bars in walking distance. Lamai is much more relaxed than chaweng so nice for a chilled beach holiday.”
