“The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff clearly felt it their job to do all they could to anticipate and accommodate our needs. The front desk made a special effort for treats for Super Bowl. We bought a take and bake pizza and then realized we had no oven. The front desk arranged for it to be baked and provided us with the necessary utensils to serve it.”
