Everything I needed was as always provided in a timely manner. I also noted the shortbread in the room was refilled daily; this was a welcome addition.

It was very clean. Good bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Kind, helpful and friendly staff. Tommy and Okssana were warm, supportive and welcoming.
