Lovely large house a short walk from the centre of Balham. Four double rooms all with comfortable beds, and two well appointed bathrooms. Well equipped with all the facilities we needed for a large group including large kitchen/diner, washer, dryer, good wi-fi and a large lounge. The communication with the agent managing the property was quick and easy. We needed street parking for a couple of days and the agent was able to arrange a permit.

Property information

Set in the heart of Balham with a bustle of shops & restaurants on your doorstep. With Wimbledon Tennis 15 mins away, and Wandsworth Common park & Balham train/underground station 5 min walk around the corner, this newly refurbished & spacious 4 bed/2 bath classic family home is decorated in muted boutique tones. A gorgeous open-plan kitchen and dining area opens up to a cute garden with more socialising space. The large double front room has a stylish office nook, plush lounge and 55-inch TV.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is fun and stylish with lots of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance including my favourite sushi place at the end of the street (approx a 3 min walk!). Wandsworth Common is accessible from my road, a beautiful parkland with Bellevue Road next to it! Grab a lovely pint or have a yummy Sunday lunch at the local pubs and watch people walk on in the park. Or if the weather is nice bring your drinks to the park and have a picnic! Close to Balham Underground/Overground Stations (less than a 5 min walk) 15 mins to central London 14 min Uber ride to Wimbledon Tennis Also a short stroll to Wandsworth Common Overground Station.
