The property was comfortable and had everything you need. Communication between the owners and myself was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, easy access to the beach & town centre/harbour. Would highly recommend.

Our house in Weymouth is very well located for all the amenities you'll need. Just a literal stones through to the Blue Flag Weymouth beach, the town centre, the harbour and all the restaurants and pubs you'll ever need. Approximate walk time to the beach is around 85 seconds. Perfect for a family holiday. The house itself is just under 200 years old, with some original features and update done through the years (consider the stairs may be steep for those less able). ***PLEASE DO CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING WITH TO SEE IF YOU MIGHT QUALIFY FOR ANY DISCOUNT*** Please note, the wall at the bottom of the ground floor stairs has had an issue with a next door property having a long term leak, causing a damp and marks down the wall. This has been checked by a builder who has advised to wait for the wall to dry completely before plastering and redecorating. It was hoped this would be done by now but damp weather has prolonged the drying time. It doesn't cause a problem or an issue, we just wanted to make you aware of it (and to let you know that we know it's there!). Thanks!
Ange and I have owned our two properties in Weymouth for a number of years. What turned out to be a week/weekend getaway for us and family, has turned into a small business. We love Weymouth and have so much positive feedback from guests that stay at our properties.
One of the older residential streets in Weymouth, many of the properties are rented as holiday lets or have long term residents in. Quiet, yet close to everything!
