For my wife and I this was a great find, and hopefully it will be available in the future. Very close to Truro, only just over 10 minutes to where we visit. Although not a huge bed (queen size I think) it was very comfortable, the kitchen was adequate for our needs and having a separate bedroom, unlike for example a stay at Premier Inn, was a great bonus. It was very quiet, though this could change during the holiday season as there appears to be a camping site nearby. Very friendly hosts who provided tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. Lastly it was a good price.

A cosy log cabin for two in its own garden on our smallholding. With a small kitchen area (with double hob, microwave, fridge) a separate double bedroom plus shower/toilet, the centrally heated cabin will make a good base for exploring Cornwall. For larger family groups the cabin can be rented with the 3 bedroom Cranberry Lodge which is just around the corner. The cabin is adjacent to a small Camping and Caravan site which is open during August only. One, well behaved, dog welcome.
We like to make sure that guests have a great stay. Happy to let guests meet our animals.
Our cosy cabin has its own secure garden just behind the courtyard of our smallholding. We are just under 4 miles from Truro, and 6 miles from the beach at Perranporth. Easy access to the A30 makes the cabin ideal for visitors wanting to see other parts of Cornwall. An hourly bus service passes the end of our lane and it is a pleasant walk into Shortlanesend using quiet lanes.
