Location 2mins from tram stop to town & beach/ promenade. Less than 10 mis to town, did not use our car whilst there! Great allocated parking, not having to fight for a space or pay daily big draw to property. Tim biggest asset of property- he’s amazing! He was on call for anything you needed and gave great advice from places to visit to restaurants to try out. Liked having kitchen for breakfast- we didn’t bother with other meals in , but was fully functional so could if needed.
