Gurnard Pines is a great destination for family holidays and short breaks. Set within 55-acres of private woodland it is only 1.5km from the beach and seafront, where you can enjoy a dip in the sea, or one of the cafés. The area is popular for sailing as well as other water sports. Enjoy a barbecue by the beach and great views of the Solent. Be sure to look out for the native red squirrels running through the woods. There are 2 adult electric bikes that can be hired for a small cost, please message us if interested.
Love spending time with my family Enjoy travel - Kenya, India Love dinghy sailing and swimming I'm a Christian People matter more than things Information such as WiFi password/ contact emergency number is in the chalet and shop is 15 minutes walk.
15 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minutes drive to the town of Cowes with shops, cafes and marinas. The Isle of Wight has the most beautiful scenery and is great for walking, cycling and beach holidays. There are many forms of entertainment for children including Blackgang Chine and Tapnell Farm. We hire 2 electric bikes to our guests if wanted for a very reasonable cost. The Island is small so anywhere is accessible for the day by car with a frequent bus service from Cowes. The beautiful home of Queen Victoria - Osbourne House is in East Cowes and the iconic Needles are worth a visit.
